CBI registers fresh fraud of Rs 321 crore on Nirav Modi

On Thursday, the CBI registered another case of fraud of 321 crore rupees against Nirav Modi, accused in the Punjab National Bank fraud case. According to the CBI, Neerav Modi, taking advantage of credit facilities from 2013 to 2017, caused a loss of Rs 321 crore to the bank. Before this, PNB filed a case against diamond trader Neerav Modi and owner of Gitanjali James Mehul Vigil in a fraud of Rs. 12,672 crore.
